Service Description

Felicia and/or James will be available to help style you for any unique look you're hoping to create for themed parties/concerts, photo/video shoots, performances, or just to add some funkiness to your everyday fashion. Sessions can take up to an hour, including styling, consultation, and checkout. For additional flow time, please be sure to book any additional sessions in a row. For groups of 3+, please reach out on instagram @costumecloset.nyc so we can best accommodate you. In addition, you can fill out this styling questionnaire to get us prepared for your visit and get some ideas flowing with things already in stock.

Cancellation Policy

At Costume Closet NYC, we strive to provide our customers with the best costume rental experience possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your costume rental. To ensure a smooth process for both parties, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. Cancellation Policy: a. Cancellation Timeframe: - Customers can cancel their costume rental up to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled session time or delivery date without incurring any cancellation fees. b. Cancellation Fee: - If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date, a cancellation fee of [XX% of the total rental cost] will be charged. c.
